DalesBus 59: Unfortunately, the regular Saturday DalesBus 59 from Skipton to Harrogate has been suspended due to the Kex Gill landslip. This normally runs past Bolton Abbey Station four times each way. It is hoped that NYC come up with a temporary solution.
DalesBus 74: runs from York to Grassington via Wetherby and Ilkley passing Devonshire Hotel (short walk to Bolton Abbey station). 3 journeys each way.
Sundays and Bank Holidays
DalesBus 873 runs from Ilkley to Skipton via Barden Tower passing Devonshire Hotel (short walk to Bolton Abbey station) and Embsay. 3 journeys each way.
DalesBus 874 runs from Wetherby to Buckden via Leeds and Ilkley passing Devonshire Hotel (short walk to Bolton Abbey Station station) 2 journeys each way.
875 from York and 876 from Leeds which start on 31st March 2024. These require a change at Ilkley to the 874 or 873 due to Bolton Abbey arch restriction but could be useful to reach the Devonshire Arms at Bolton Abbey.
The £2 fare cap applies and bus passes are accepted on all services.
At other times there is a limited North Yorkshire service to both Embsay and Bolton Abbey village.
