Within 24 hours: No refunds
Greater than 24 hours we will issue you with a gift voucher for the full amount or you can rebook for a small rebooking fee.
Greater than 72 hours notice you can move your booking free of charge, request a gift voucher or a full refund.
You will also be given a choice of a full refund or credit onto a gift card in case of cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
No-shows will be charged the full price.
REBOOKING POLICY
Within 72 hours: Dales Dining rebooking will be charged £5pp
Day tickets (e.g. standard and first class travel) will be charged £2pp
Greater than 72 hours: You can move your booking free of charge.
