Saturday 26th October – The Wizard Express

  • Wizards (one you may recognise), Sully, witches and other Halloween characters
  • Trick or Treat Sweets to give away – even for adults
  • Costume competition (best child and best adult costume of the carriage)
  • Colouring in activities while on the train
  • Games while on the train
  • Wizard training
  • Departures at 11.10, 12.40, 14.10 & 15.40 from Bolton Abbey
 
Saturday 26th Evening Scare Train – be prepared to be scared! (suggested age 10+)
  • Beetlejuice, Zombies and other scary Halloween characters – you never know where you might see them!
  • Scary story line
  • Costume competition (best child and best adult costume of the carriage)
  • Trick or Treat Sweets/Prizes to give away – even for adults
  • Firework display at the end
  • On board bar
  • Departures at 7PM from Bolton Abbey

Halloween Wizard Express (Daytime pricing):

£30.00 family, £12 adults, £11 concessions, £6 children, (age 0-2 free of charge).

Halloween Wizard Evening Scare Train Pricing:

£45 family, £17 adults, £16 concessions, £11 children (age 0-2 free of charge).

Halloween Timetable

The 16.30 from Embsay and 17.00 from Bolton Abbey only runs on Saturday. The Halloween Wizard Evening Scare departs from Bolton Abbey at 19.00 on Saturday.

Embsay station will also be open, but this event is based at Bolton Abbey Station – so if possible, please start and finish your day out from Bolton Abbey where the entertainment will be based.
