PAWSOME NEWS FOR 2017! Chase and Marshall from PAW Patrol are coming to the Railway! The heroic pups will be appearing at 10.45. 11.45. 12.45 13.45 & 15.00 at Bolton Abbey Station in their pen (a roped off circle on the lawn*)… don’t forget your camera!
Each appearance of Chase and Marshall is for 30 minutes.
To make sure you don’t miss out, you can book your train tickets online now…
*if the weather is bad, the pups will be relocated under a veranda in the station building.
Please note your train tickets are valid all day long. We expect both Sunday and Monday to be popular and we are putting on an additional train at 9.45am from Embsay and also an additional train at 17.30 from Bolton Abbey.
We are now running our heritage diesel on one train and a steam engine on the other. We recommend you plan your day to enjoy a ride on both trains: a steam train in one direction and our fantastic heritage diesel in the opposite direction. You can break your trip at either station, and there are cafes, shops and toilets at both stations.
Breaking news! The Hambleton Valley Miniature Railway (not included in ticket price, fares are £1) will be in operation on Saturday & Sunday. This is situated alongside the lawn and car park at Bolton Abbey Station.
We also have Shirley Ray, a world class balloon artist in attendance, weaving magic with her balloons!
