What is a child?

The Railway defines children as being 3-15 years old (inclusive). Children under 3 years old travel for free. 16 year olds are adults.

Thomas events children are defined as being 2-15 years old (inclusive). Children under 2 only need pay if you wish them to receive a gift from the Fat Controller's Stall.
