LOCAL HEROES

We’ve got a fantastic weekend of activities planned paying respect to ‘Local Heroes’, (Yorkshire-based charities and the Emergency Services). Police Car Hire UK attending with some fab cars. The Fire service are bringing an arial ladder, 4×4 for recruitment and fire engine for kids to climb in and play with sirens etc
For the kids, we’ve also got Macies Face Painting and Little Zoo 2 You, plus lots of charities in attendance from the North Yorkshire Emergency Services to Furever Loved Small Animal Rescue.
We’ll be running a raffle with some amazing prizes including a Cream Tea for two at Just By The Bridge, a family ticket to Thornton Hall Farm, a tattoo voucher, a piercing from the lovely staff at Pegasus Piercing at Craven Court, Skipton, a hamper, a ghost hunt with D.S. ghost HUNTS and a wine tasting session for up to 10 courtesy of Majestic Wines Gift Vouchers, to name a few.

We’ve got Zoo 2 You visiting with their wonderful collection of small animals! (Sunday only, based at Embsay on the lawn bringing ferrets, spiders, snake, snails etc for children to hold).
